Our Team

Antonio Mercuri

Design Director

With a background in Architecture & Visual Design, Antonio has been ingrained in design for over 20 years. In Pittsburgh, he was a Creative Director at a hospitality group overseeing 75 restaurants and 50 accounts, including Google, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and PNC Bank. Locally, he served as Director of Strategy and Operations at a technology startup. Here, he was part of a fundraising team that secured a $4M investment and developed a peripheral with Universal Studios that became the highest-selling product at the park.

Madisyn Pina

Brand Strategist

Madisyn is a multidisciplinary creative who is guided by curiosity and a deep belief in the power of play. Her experience spans nonprofits, law, architecture, retail, publishing, and beyond. A lifelong dancer, Madisyn treats movement as an embodied form of creativity and a reminder that progress thrives on experimentation. She loves to utilize design as a tool to make information clear and accessible.
